Effective Date: 29 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.linkpedia.io (the “Platform”), operated by Linkpedia (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are the master agreement governing your use of Linkpedia. Payments, wallet transactions, and payouts are governed by our Payment Policy; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy; and how we handle your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where a specific policy addresses a topic in detail, that policy controls on that topic, and these Terms are not intended to contradict it.
Linkpedia is an online marketplace connecting businesses, agencies, marketers, and website publishers for link-building opportunities, including discovering publisher websites, purchasing guest posts and link insertions, listing websites, and managing orders through a secure dashboard.
Linkpedia is a technology platform that facilitates these interactions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a publisher, advertiser, marketing agency, broker, or party to agreements between buyers and publishers.
To use Linkpedia, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and use the Platform only for lawful purposes. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account except where unauthorized access has been reported in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, each individual or business may hold only one primary account. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions, manipulate marketplace activity, or avoid fees is prohibited. We may also request additional verification, such as email, business, or website-ownership confirmation, before granting access to certain features, and may merge, restrict, or remove accounts that violate this section.
Linkpedia provides the technology that lets buyers and publishers connect and transact. We do not own publisher websites, create listings, guarantee website quality or business outcomes, or negotiate agreements between users. All users operate independently, and nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. Publishers are independent service providers, and buyers make independent purchasing decisions.
We aim to keep Linkpedia available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security work, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature at any time, including introducing new tools, retiring old ones, or adding verification steps, without an obligation to maintain any feature permanently.
Review publisher listings carefully before ordering, provide accurate URLs, anchor text, keywords, and content requirements, respond promptly to publisher questions, review completed work within the applicable review period, and raise concerns through the Platform before escalating externally. Orders must not involve illegal, deceptive, or prohibited content.
Keep listings truthful and current, including website metrics, categories, pricing, and publishing guidelines, deliver services within the agreed timeframe wherever reasonably possible, communicate promptly about issues, and cooperate during dispute investigations. Publishers must not misrepresent their websites or services.
Publishers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. We may edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with Platform standards, and repeated failure to keep listings current may reduce marketplace visibility or lead to account restrictions.
Order-related communication should happen through Linkpedia wherever possible, conducted respectfully and honestly. To protect the marketplace, users must not use Linkpedia to identify a counterparty and then intentionally move the transaction off-platform to avoid marketplace fees or processes, for example by sharing contact details or requesting payment outside Linkpedia for that purpose. This does not restrict legitimate business relationships formed independently of the Platform.
Buyers may leave reviews reflecting genuine, accurate experiences with completed orders. Fake reviews, incentivized reviews, rating manipulation, and using reviews to harass another user are prohibited. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent, abusive, or irrelevant.
You agree not to:
To preserve trust in the marketplace, we may monitor activity, verify listings, and investigate suspicious behavior, including reviewing listings, communications, and order history, and may request supporting information or temporarily limit features while a review is underway. Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination.
An order placed through Linkpedia is an agreement between the buyer and the selected publisher based on the details shown in the marketplace, and both parties are expected to cooperate in good faith to complete it. Payments, wallet activity, cancellations, and payouts are governed by our Payment Policy, and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including listings, descriptions, images, messages, reviews, and similar material, but you must own it or hold the necessary rights, and it must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. By submitting content, you grant Linkpedia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and process it for operating and promoting the Platform, for as long as reasonably necessary or until removed.
Linkpedia's software, design, branding, trademarks, and other original content remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from it, or use our trademarks without prior written permission. Feedback you voluntarily submit may be used by Linkpedia without restriction or compensation.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as authentication, analytics, SEO data, and payment providers) and marketplace listings may link to independently operated publisher websites. These operate outside our control, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Linkpedia does not endorse or guarantee their content, availability, security, or business practices. You access them at your own discretion.
SEO metrics displayed on Linkpedia are drawn from public sources and third-party data providers, and we do not guarantee they are complete, current, or error-free. Conduct your own due diligence before relying on them. A listing's appearance on Linkpedia is not an endorsement or guarantee by Linkpedia.
Because search engine performance depends on factors outside anyone's control, we do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic growth, or other SEO outcomes from marketplace transactions. (Refund eligibility relating to SEO performance is addressed specifically in our Refund Policy.)
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of all defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkpedia and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or SEO performance. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the Platform fees you paid in connection with the relevant transaction during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Linkpedia and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Platform, your listings or submitted content, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or a dispute between you and another user. This obligation survives termination of your account.
Linkpedia is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or power outages, cybersecurity incidents, or pandemics. We will make reasonable efforts to restore normal operations as soon as practicable.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law, including providing false information, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Platform, fee circumvention, or unauthorized access, through a warning, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent termination as appropriate. We may also remove listings or cancel pending orders in connection with such action.
If your account is terminated, your access ends and listings may be removed. Pending transactions may be reviewed before further action, and certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and indemnification, remain in effect, and termination does not relieve either party of obligations that arose beforehand.
By using Linkpedia you agree to receive account, security, order, and legal communications electronically, which satisfies any requirement that such notices be in writing unless the law requires otherwise. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it, and any waiver is only effective if made in writing. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Linkpedia regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior understandings on the same subject.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating legal proceedings, please make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute by contacting Linkpedia Support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits either party's right to seek urgent legal relief where necessary to protect its interests.
By accessing Linkpedia, creating an account, listing a website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
