Effective Date: 29 August 2026
This Payment Policy explains how payments, wallet balances, pricing, and payouts work on the Linkpedia platform (“Linkpedia,” “we,” “us”). By adding funds, purchasing services, accepting orders, or otherwise using any paid feature on www.linkpedia.io, you agree to this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This Policy governs all financial transactions on Linkpedia, including wallet top-ups, service purchases, publisher payouts, refunds, and disputes, for buyers, publishers, agencies, and other marketplace participants.
Linkpedia provides a digital wallet to simplify payments between buyers and publishers. Your balance is visible on your dashboard and may only be used for eligible purchases on the Platform.
Funds are credited to your wallet once payment is successfully completed. Linkpedia may delay credit where additional payment verification is required.
Wallet funds may not be transferred to another user, sold or exchanged outside the Platform, or used for unlawful purposes. Linkpedia may correct balances to address technical errors, duplicate credits, fraud, or payment reversals; misuse may result in suspension of wallet access or your account.
Promotional credits, bonuses, and referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, may expire, and may be reversed if issued in error or obtained through misuse.
Payments are processed through Razorpay and other authorized providers, supporting cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Available methods may vary by location and are subject to each provider's own terms and security practices.
Linkpedia does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Certain transactions may require additional verification before funds are credited or an order is processed.
Prices are set by publishers or the Platform and may vary by website authority, traffic, category, and demand. Prices are shown in the supported currency; currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. Linkpedia reserves the right to correct pricing or typographical errors before an order is completed.
Buyers must have sufficient wallet balance before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, the corresponding amount is reserved or deducted, and the order proceeds according to the agreed scope and the publisher's acceptance. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Linkpedia may decline or suspend any transaction that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
Publisher earnings are calculated from the accepted order value, less applicable platform fees and taxes, and become available only after an order is successfully completed. Pending, cancelled, or disputed orders are not eligible for payout until resolved.
Eligible earnings are credited to the publisher's wallet, where users can track available balance, pending amounts, and payout history.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and any minimum withdrawal threshold shown on the dashboard. Requests submitted outside business hours may be processed the next business day.
Approved payouts are processed within the timeframe stated on the Platform. Actual timing may vary due to banking networks, verification requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and Linkpedia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax obligations. Where required by law, Linkpedia may deduct GST or similar taxes, along with platform service fees, before publisher earnings are released for withdrawal; all deductions are reflected in the transaction history. Publishers are solely responsible for reporting and paying income tax on their earnings.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Approved refunds are issued to the Linkpedia Wallet or the original payment method, at Linkpedia's discretion. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
Buyers may request cancellation if the publisher has not started the order, cannot deliver the agreed service, or both parties mutually agree. Publishers may cancel where required information is missing, the request violates applicable law or Platform policy, or the buyer requests changes beyond the agreed scope. Repeated or abusive cancellations may result in account restrictions.
Either party may raise a dispute through Linkpedia support, which will be reviewed using order details, marketplace communications, and submitted evidence.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as doing so first gives us the chance to resolve the issue directly. Where a payment is reversed by a bank or payment provider, Linkpedia may suspend the affected transaction, recover improperly credited funds, offset outstanding balances, or restrict the account.
We monitor for signs of suspicious activity, such as repeated failed payments, unusual purchasing patterns, or identity inconsistencies, and may request additional verification, delay processing, or decline a transaction as a result.
Wallet or marketplace access may be restricted where fraud is suspected, verification is incomplete, chargebacks recur, or Platform policies are repeatedly violated. Where appropriate, affected users will be informed and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If you notice an incorrect charge, unexpected deduction, inaccurate wallet balance, missing payout, or duplicate payment, please contact support@linkpedia.io with the relevant details. We will investigate and take corrective action where necessary.
Linkpedia is a technology platform that facilitates transactions between marketplace participants. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways (including Razorpay), network outages, or regulatory actions. Our liability for payment processing is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and our Terms of Service.
Linkpedia is not liable for payment delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet or banking system failures, and cybersecurity incidents. We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services as quickly as practicable.
Violating this Policy may result in suspension of wallet functionality, cancellation of pending transactions, restricted payouts, account suspension or termination, recovery of improperly credited funds, or legal action where appropriate.
We may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business needs. Updates will be published with a revised Effective Date, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
